RESTORATIVE YOGA
A gentle, calming practice designed to activate the body’s parasympathetic nervous system—promoting deep relaxation, healing, and stress relief.
YIN YOGA
A slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body—such as ligaments, joints, fascia, and bones.
YIN & YANG YOGA
A class that blends two styles of yoga into one balanced practice—Yin (slow, passive, meditative) and Yang (active, dynamic, strengthening).
VINYASA & HATHA YOGA
A dynamic style of yoga that links movement with breath in a flowing sequence of poses, a foundational, slower-paced practice focused on aligning the body, breath, and mind through basic postures and breathwork.
PRE & POST NATAL YOGA
A gentle, safe yoga practice designed specifically for pregnant individuals to support their changing bodies, reduce discomfort, and prepare for birth—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
RESTORATIVE & YIN YOGA

YOGA FOR DENTAL PROFESSIONALS
These classes and events were inspired by my previous career as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Over the years of chronic neck and backpain, then my diagnosis of thoracic outlet syndrome, I sought out to relieve my discomfort and help others in the same position.
Whether you’re a dental professional or work at a computer all day – each job brings along the same postures of us leaning hunched over. This teaches us to round through the upper back and bring the shoulders inwards and neck the forward. This puts pressure into our spine and neck. Not to mention the strain that we’re putting on our hands with repetitive motions like scaling, typing or writing. The repetitive use of our hands and fingers using these fine muscles places a huge strain on them. Our bodies are designed to let the bigger muscles do the work, but as we’ve evolved through these habits and routines our bodies are allowing the smaller muscles to do the work, making the larger muscles weaker, thus creating pain, strain and discomfort.
These offerings will focus on those tensions we feel through the upper back body, by opening up through the chest, the arms, hands, wrists and fingers.

BEACH & PARK YOGA
Private Beach classes are heald at Hopeman West Beach or Lossiemouth East Beach. Any other locations or ideas please inquire. Beach Yoga will be cancelled on rainy days.
These classes are £8 per person.
