I’m Ashley – a yoga teacher holding space for rest, connection and presence.

In a world that pulls us in every direction, where we are constantly braced for impact, I offer a soft landing – a way to come home to yourself through stillness, breath and gentle movement. 

With roots in yogic history and storytelling, embodied awareness, and modern science, my classes support your nervous system and nurture your whole being.

At Revitalize Yoga, we help individuals reset their nervous system, restore balance, and cultivate deep relaxation through practice. Our practice is rooted in holistic healing, self-care, and mindful movement, empowering our clients to reconnect with their bodies and find peace amidst life’s challenges.

Our classes will guide you to connect with the body & mind through movement and stillness. We believe in nervous system regulation, and the transformative power of rest, offering a safe space where healing and self-discovery unfold naturally. Our goal is to inspire a lifestyle of calm, balance, and resilience, both on and off the mat. My mission is to empower those to nurture themselves, knowing that their wellness ripples out to their families and communities.
